- Reaching out to your ideal audience is a matter of finding the right forum or the right place to share your brand and your message. Each forum has a specific subculture that you have to explore in order to communicate effectively.
- There’s a big difference between connection and relationship. Technology has made creating connections a lot easier but it isn’t a good substitute for solid, real-world relationships.
